YOU NEED TO KNOW GOD PERSONALLY

The mere fact that many of us haven’t truly known God for ourselves is the reason why we are angry with him when we don’t see certain things happening in our lives and whenever we are faced with challenges and setbacks, we become so frustrated at life and at God because we don’t quite understand why he doesn’t seem to intervene in our situations. 

God through his word has reviewed to us many dimensions of him that if we call upon with understanding and conviction we will see the full manifestation of his power in that situation. Have you ever wonder why you can stand before a sick person, call the name of Jesus and you don’t see any healing taking place in the person and another person can stand and call the name of Jesus and you see instant healing?

The problem isn’t in the name because the name of Jesus is power at the mention of the name every knee, principalities, powers and every tongue shall confess that Jesus is the Lord. However, if you mention the name of Jesus like a recitation without a full understanding of the power, authority behind the name you won’t see the power of God manifest. The people we see today that command results and things to change in their lives have an understanding, knowledge and conviction about God that makes them have confidence and trust in the name and power of God and that’s why they make things happen.

Only those that know their God shall do exploits. If you want to see a turn around in your life, I encourage you to go on a personal journey of knowing and discovering God for yourself, as you grow in understanding and knowledge of God, you will know what his will is for your life and this knowledge of his will will help you not to be passive about your life, instead you will learn to partner with God through fervent prayer and obedience to the word of God and this will enable you to start declaring and rewriting your destiny in the place of prayer.

Your knowledge about God will give you a sense of boldness and confidence that will enable you go through life know that you have a father in heaven who has your interests at heart and he is so mindful of you. Knowing God personally helps you thrive in this world.
