As Abundant Life Creation we would like to take this opportunity to appreciate her Honor the District Commissioner of Lusaka, Mrs Rosa Zulu for sending in Mr O'Neil Chiiya, the district administrative officer to stand in for her as the guest of honor during our second edition of the Youth Evolve Conference.
We appreciate the support we received during the conference from the government and we are so much grateful for the words of wisdom you impart in us during the speech.
Thank you for honoring our invitation and for being a part of this huge milestone.

√Its at the youthful stage that many make mistakes. As young people, you need to be careful of the times and be careful with what you choose to follow.
√The decisions we take today can affect us in the future.

FIRST SPEAKER: MINISTER JOHN MARK MULANGI
Our first speaker taught us on how you can discover yourself through your relationship with God.
√ Nobody can tell you more about yourself like your creator. You need to spend more time with God to discover yourself.
√ We are all created differently by God for a purpose and you should not leave your purpose to follow someone else's purpose. Because the moment you want to be like someone else you loose yourself in the process.
√ Many people have defined themselves by what they have been through or by their careers, past failures and mistakes. Your relationship with God defines you. You will never know yourself fully if you don't spend time with God.
√ It's easy to live in the assignment God has placed you to do unlike pursuing another person's vision and assignment.
√ You need to know what God says about you because your relationship with God is the foundation that will enable you discover and grow yourself.

Our Second Speaker Enlightened us on the role friendships have in our journey of self discovery, growth and development.
√ Friendship is a relationship that is based on mutual understanding, interest and values.
√ It's important for you to define the kind of friends you have. There are close friends, seasonal friends and people that are just friends.
√ If you need to have have good friends, it starts with you. You need to first know yourself, be a good friend before you can have good friends.
√It will be easy for you to make friend when you have discovered yourself and your purpose.
√Your friendships should have the power to influence your knowledge about God and build you into what God wants you to be.
√Your friendships have to challenge you and bring out the best in you.
√ Friendships have the power to preserve the call of God upon your life and maximize your potential and the purpose God has called you to fulfill.

They did such an amazing job in carrying the audience along through each session.
Miss Vanessa, Did an amazing job during the interactive game segments. Her Questions were thought provoking and enlightening giving the audience a moment to engage with each other so that we could all learn from each other's experiences.
Mr Joshua, carried the speakers and the audience through an amazing Question and Answer session, that gave the audience more clarity on what was being taught.

THIRD SPEAKER: PROPHET MAKANI ZAWA
You will never discover yourself fully outside your field of work or just just by reading books. The knowledge you get from books is theoretical, you need to actually act on the knowledge for you to see results.
If you desire to start a business, you need capital and the first type of capital you need is human capital, you will also need equity capital and social capital.
Your consistency and integrity in marketing your business is what will bring people in your circle to buy your products.
Networking is a chain of systems, you need to build connections with others and be a part of what they are doing. Your network is your net worth.
Lack of financial discipline gas caused many people to be broke and their businesses to go down. It's important you work on your mindset if you want to thrive in business.
Integrity is key for every business man for your business to thrive. Make sure you read books and associate with those that are going great in business to learn and grow.

FOURTH SPEAKER: MISS DORIS KANYEMBU
Miss Doris Kanyembu took us through her career journey and shared some nuggets that helped her growth and develop.
You need to sit down and analyze where you are going wrong with your job haunting and learn the whole process of Job haunting.
Your CV can impact the kind of opportunities you get or miss that is why it is important for you to redesign your CV to gain many opportunities.
Research on the company you are going for interviews for, dress well and be punctual for your interview. Identify someone who has a job you are seeking to apply for and ask for guidance on how you can go about it and what skills you need to learn.
One of the ways you can determine the career path you want to take is by checking your interests and strengths.
The challenge that many people face is that they don't love what they do. A job is an opportunity God has given you, it's also an opportunity that can help you, so no matter what you should never see the job like it's stealing something from you. You need to use what you have now, develop interest and grow.
When you start work you need to have a growth mindset. Identify the skills you need to qualify you. Develop the habits that help you remain sane.
Identify the goals of your company and make sure you train yourself to achieve those goals and also set yourself out to achieve what the company wants to achieve
You may make mistakes along your journey, forgive yourself, push yourself so you can grow from them.

The reason many of us feel stuck, unfulfilled about life and our future is because we haven't come to a place of understanding the power that lies in you discovering yourself, developing yourself and becoming intentional about your personal growth.

FIFTH SPEAKER: REV BERNARD LUMENE
Our Fifth Speaker the biological father of our founder Miss Emmanuella Lumene Taught us on The Role of Relationships in Self discovery personal growth and development.
Self discovery helps you have a deeper understanding of your identity which gives you strength in your relationship.
The bible offers timeless wisdom to help you thrive in your relationship. You also need to ask questions as it enables you to know the person you are with. The relationship you start with from the beginning has to continue with you all over the years and you have to cultivate it.
Personal growth isn't a one time event but a life long journey to improve and grow yourself you need to develop discipline.
PRINCIPLES FOR PERSONAL PROGRESS IN RELATIONSHIPS
Actively work to facilitate love, forgiveness, communication and learn to put and promote the needs of the other person more than yours by being selfless and learning to serve the other person
Apply humility, dignity, empathy and honor the person you are with in your relationship.
Love is the call for all relationships and love is sacrifice. You need to sacrifice for the other person.
Everyone makes mistakes, practice forgiveness and grace. If you want a healthy relationship understand that at some point you too can make a mistake.
Communication and transparency. Ask questions when things aren't clear and explain your needs and expectations explicitly to the other person's.
Accountability and growth. Recognize areas you can improve and work on and seek the guidance of someone that has gone ahead of you.
Intentionally reflect on your relationship and access how you can grow in love, communication and forgiveness. Read bible verses about relationships and actively apply them in your relationship.
Pray for wisdom and guidance. Ask God to help you navigate challenges in your relationship and develop Christ like character(compassion, love, kindness, humility, forgiveness).
Practice active listening, pay full attention to what the other person is saying and seek to understand their perspective. Be willing to apologize when wrong and forgive when wronged.
And always remember you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. Philippians 4:13 serves as a good verse for personal growth and development . It won't be an easy process but it guarantees us that we can achieve all through Christ.

It's not enough for you to know, wish and hope that all the areas of your life will thrive and succeed. Many of us write down goals each year but find it hard to achieve them, this is mostly so because we focus more on what we have to do to achieve the goals instead of us understanding who we are presently, what is limiting you from achieving what you what and who do you have become inorder for you to successfully achieve those goals.

SIXTH SPEAKER: MISS EMMANUELLA LUMENE FOUNDER OF ABUNDANT LIFE CREATION
If you are embarking on any journey to particular destination, there a couple of things that you need to know and ensure you put in place in order for you to get to that destination.
Below are some of the things you should know
√ You need to determine your destination and know purpose of your journey. Why are you embarking on this journey in the first place?
√ Where you are currently because you cant get to where you want to go if you dont know where you are.
√ You need to do a background check of where you want to go so that you know how well you need to prepare yourself to thrive effectively in that new destination and who you need to become to well suited to manage everything that comes with that destination.
√How far your destination is and how long it will take you to get from where you currently are to where you want to go. This will help you to be more realistic on how you plan things.
√You need to determine how you will move from where you are to where you want to go. This will help you identify the right vehicles that will help you get to your destination.
√The resources you need that will enable you get from where you are to where you want to be. These resources can be finances or people.
Some of the things that can limit or prevent you from getting to that destination. This is a forsight that will help you know what you need to work on and how you can overcome those obstacles.
When it comes to setting our goals for the future may of us have a clear picture of where we see ourselves in the next 5 to 10 years but not many of us have taken time to fully understand how much work needs to be put in for us to get from where we are currently to the future that we envision, who we need to be come in the process to help us effectively manage the goals we desire to achieve and we fail to identify the things that have been limiting us all along from achieving our goals.
God desires that we prosper in all things that entails he wants to see prosper in all areas of our lives and it's imperative for us to discover our selves so that we can grow and develop in all areas of our lives.
All the speakers that went before me taught on the power of Self discovery , personal growth and development in different areas of your life and Many of you may be wondering how you can go about Discovering yourself, growing and developing all areas of your life. This is why I created a Manual that will help you achieve all this and more.

I would like to take this moment to appreciate my amazing team for going all out and beyond to see to it that all the plans we had set out for this conference was implemented and achieved successfully.

There is so much you have been through that has contributed to you having the kind of mindset, thought process and perceptions that you have towards life and all those have in one way or the other affected how you handle different life situations. It is important for you to rediscover your self and understand why you are the way you are, identify all the abilities and potentials God has placed within you so that you will know how to grow and develop all areas of your life.
It is not until you spend enough time evaluating yourself, discoverying, growing and devloping all areas of your life that you will experience and live a meaningful and fulfilled life.
